What’s Covered?

Our products should last a dog’s lifetime with normal use. This means that on the rare occasion you may experience an issue, we will replace or refund any product at any stage that we agree the item is faulty due to a manufacturing or material fault

Please be aware that whether we can replace or refund will depend on how the product has been purchased. We are never able to refund a product purchased from one of our stockists this will need to be a voucher or replacement only. Please note that sometimes we discontinue or change products, in this instance we can discuss the best alternative product for a replacement for you

Limitations

This lifetime guarantee does not cover:

• External damage if the item has been chewed, ripped, stepped on, or in any way damaged, modified or disassembled 
• Improper use or misuse of the product
• The black plating on the old-style metal hardware is not covered under our guarantee. This does not impact the use, strength or safety of the hardware - all plating will chip with time and this is normal
• Cosmetic material changes, especially if the item is regularly in contact with the ground ie dachshunds with deep chests and short legs, dogs that roll on hard ground or carpeting, or leaving a fabric lead on the dog but dropped to drag on the floor
• Any electrical items - our TrekBright range is long lasting but sadly no batteries can live forever, as with any electronic devices
• Any handmade tags, or handmade Biothane from 2022 and prior
• Any items purchased prior to September 2022
• Toy damage from teeth, chewing, claws etc
• Products purchased second-hand
• Any colour or fabric changes due to incorrect care. Please see our care instructions here
