We aim to dispatch parcels same day Monday-Friday if ordered before 2pm. If ordered after 2pm, it will be dispatched the following day. Any orders on weekends, will not be dispatched until the next Monday. This may occasionally be extended when we are working at shows due to being a very small team. If there is any extension on this turnaround time there will be alerts on the website

Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery takes 48 hours non inclusive of our turnaround time. We send all UK parcels with Royal Mail 48 Hours unless you choose to pay for Royal Mail 24 hours. Please note these timeframes are Royal Mail's aim and not promise, so we cannot guarantee this delivery. Standard Delivery is free if you spend over £60 with us. Please note once we ship the parcel appropriately the timeframes become out of our hands and any delays are not within our control

Need an item for a special occasion or a certain date?

Please ensure you drop us a message before ordering if you require your item for a particular date. We can never guarantee anything or make firm promises due to the parcel being out of our hands once we ship it, however we can see if we are able to speed up turnaround time to do our best to get you your parcel on time if needed!
