What’s Covered?

Our product’s should last a dog’s lifetime with normal use. This means that on the rare occasion you may experience an issue, we will replace and/or refund any product at any stage that is proven to be faulty due to a manufacturing or material fault

Limitations

This lifetime guarantee does not cover:

• External damage if the item is allowed to be chewed, stepped on, or in any way damaged, modified or disassembled 
• Improper use or misuse of the product
• The black plating on the metal hardware is not covered under our guarantee. We use a method that ensures slow and minimal changes over time, but this is something that will inevitably lose its colour over time. This does not impact the use, strength or safety of the hardware
• Electrical items
• Toy damage from teeth, chewing, claws etc. Only manufacturing faults are claimable
• Products purchased second-hand
• Any colour or fabric changes due to incorrect care. Please see our care instructions here
