Our boy looks very handsome kitted out in his new harness 💚 the multiway lead is really handy for when we’re out and want to tether him to a table/bench whilst having a coffee etc. The long line is great too and super easy to keep clean!

Unfortunately, the damage shown appeared to be consistent with external damage rather than a manufacturing fault, so it wasn't something covered under our lifetime guarantee. We completely appreciate that this wasn't the outcome you were hoping for. Although we weren't able to replace the lead under warranty, we did offer a goodwill discount towards a replacement or any other item on our website because we wanted to help where we could. As a small family business, we have to apply the same warranty policy fairly and consistently to every customer. While our products are designed for adventure and everyday use, no webbing product is completely immune to damage if it catches on a sharp object or rough surface. We're truly sorry that we've lost your trust, and we're disappointed that we couldn't reach a resolution that left you feeling happier. We genuinely wish you and your dog all the very best. Rosie is a rambunctious 7.5 month old working Lab, full of the joys! A friend recommended Twiggy Tags and I immediately popped our local retailer and got her fitted out for an Adventurer. 2.0 harness and a matching collar. They were out of the matching multi way lead, so I ordered that online when I got home. I must admit I wasn’t convinced these would make a difference to her steam train style puling - but to my delight the transformation is amazing! She still has her “moments”, but they’re few and far between and I’d highly recommend them. Great quality and comfy to hold. Thank you!

I got the new sakura pink in the harness and multiway lead and i love the quality of the materials i think they’re both great and are going to last way longer than the other dog gear i’ve previously purchased. The new colour looks great on my poodle!
Loving the multiway lead. My new rescue dog pulls a lot so I wanted a double clip lead. The carabiners feel very strong and safe and I love all the different ways you can use it. The material feels great and the lead is surprisingly light.
Brilliant lead that you can change the length to and use in different ways. It’s very strong and sturdy and I love the lockable carabiner clip for extra safety ☺️🐾
This is my second matching set from Twiggy Tags and love the quality! He is car reactive so the carabiner clip helps me feel at ease he won’t become loose. I extend it to the full length when he gets to the park and has more freedom to explore.
Apex harness and multiway lead are perfect for my terrier. I love multiway leads and this seems a very good one - strong with lots of options. Being able to put the harness on without going over his head is brilliant, think he loves it!
This was my first purchase from Twiggy tags along with the matching martingale collar. The lead is Beautiful, extremely strong and I love that you can use it in so many different ways. I would definitely recommend 😊
We like the feel and quality of the leash but wish it came in a longer length. There isn’t enough length, especially wearing it across the body, with a short dog. It’s barely enough length with it around the waist as in the video. Hoping that the pretty colors and neoprene side hold up!

Like the different ways to adjust the lead, can wear round the waist to but will probably buy a belt to attach.
Hands down the best lead I’ve ever brought! So many ways to use it and it comes in so handy when at training and on walks. Feels so secure with the carabiner clips and knowing that it’s strength tested makes me feel more confident when out and about. Have also had so many compliments on this lead whether that’s from other dog owners, people in my dog training group or my dog walker. Have definitely recommended to everyone I know!

With Captain being a dog selective boy having the ability to give him a longer line when appropriate and also have a short lead when around other dogs was a massive help.
Max knows he's going for a good walk when I pick up his harness and lead. Both very comfy to handle especially the lead and versatile for short lead walks or long lead for a more relaxed walk. I really like to safety clips, no chance of Max escaping. This is our second lead as they are so good.

The possibilities feel endless with the multiway lead. It's great as a super long lead, a double ended training lead, a close control lead, hands-free lead and everything in between! The Nomad pattern is stunning and looks amazing as part of a full set. My young Malinois, Rumble, wears the Nomad multiway with the matching Apex harness and collar, both size M.
I would 100% recommend twiggy tags to dog owners! Brilliant products with unique designs, most walks I go on with my little dog people ask "where is his harness and lead from?" Speedy deliveries & great customer service, thanks for my little Uno's dogwear but most importantly his safety too !
We love love love this lead. My 9 year old wears it across her body and feels so much more confident when walking our puppy. It’s so comfortable and we all have a different favorite way of using it. Definitely buying the matching harness once my puppy is full size.

I love the versatility, safety in the carabiners that lock, the style, and the comfort of the padding. The only thing I'd suggest to improve it is adding the reflective stitching on both sides of the leash. Your never know which side will be facing a car.

The boys look great in their new collars. The multi-way lead is brilliant, easy to adjust and looks lovely (especially compared to the other double ended lead I had). Really want to buy a grab handle and long line next. Being able to have one dog attached to my waist while holding the other lead and leaving one hand free is great. It’s the best way I’ve found if walking my 2 bmd’s together.
Beautiful lead with so many possibilities! Brilliant quality with discrete reflective lines. Super fast delivery and good value for money, well worth the purchase and I would recommend Twiggy Tags to anyone! Really feels like it’s going to last a lifetime, I’ll be back at the end of the month to purchase the matching harness!
I love my lead it is so handy and I love the hands free round the waist way of having it. Makes walks with my two girls so much easier. The team were amazing and so helpful.

Absolutely love my multi way twiggy tag lead! It’s been fantastic for helping me and my dog with loose lead walking, being able to use it in a variety of different ways and different links is just genius. I love the colour of this one. It’s great for bright mornings. I also have the black one. I’m waiting for my long line to be delivered. I wouldn’t get any other lead apart from a Twiggy tag lead. Thanks so much. X
